Boiler experience Commercial & domestic

Tell us who we're helping, commercial or home.

We work across both sides, roughly a 60/40 split between commercial and domestic. Pick the door that fits, and we'll point you straight at the right team and the right services.

For Commercial Commercial plant room with red boilers and steel pipework

Capable, compliant, and easy to work with.

For facilities, landlords, developers and the public sector, managed sites and portfolios where heating and gas can't be left to chance. Qualified engineers, planned maintenance and responsive support, across single premises or multiple locations.

For Home A plumber's gloved hands tightening pipework under a sink with a wrench

Sorted properly, and explained plainly.

For homeowners across the Cotswolds. Whether it's a boiler that's finally given up, a cold radiator or a leak that needs stopping today, you'll get honest advice, clear pricing and work that lasts. No jargon, no pressure.

Your new boiler price guide, a clearer idea of installation costs before you enquire.

An honest starting point for a brand-new boiler, supplied and fitted, not a service, repair or breakdown. Choose your boiler type and home size for an indicative "from" figure, then book a survey for an exact quote.

An indicative guide to a new boiler, two choices, one rough figure.

Every home is different, so this is a guide to a new boiler installation rather than a fixed quote. It rules out surprises and helps us price your job faster.

Guide figure only, a new boiler supplied & fitted, excluding any additional pipework, flue runs or system upgrades found on survey. The live tool will use conditional logic (Gravity Forms) for a more precise estimate.

Looking for a boiler service, repair or breakdown instead? That's a separate job, not covered by this guide, call 07780 963 445.

Designer kitchen sink and tap with clean, limescale-free water

Water softeners: hard water is a Cotswold given, limescale needn't be.

Gloucestershire sits on hard water, and it shows, scaled kettles, cloudy glassware and limescale quietly working its way through your pipes, boiler and appliances. A softener deals with it at the source.

  • 01Far less limescaleCleaner taps, tiles, showers and glassware, with less scrubbing.
  • 02Protects appliances & your boilerLess scale build-up means kit that lasts longer and breaks down less.
  • 03Better water qualitySofter water for washing, bathing and everyday use.
  • 04Better system performanceA scale-free heating system runs more efficiently for longer.

Not sure whether a softener suits your home or which size fits? Have a word with us, we'll talk it through honestly before you commit to anything.

Something wrong at home? Quick guidance, then a real fix.

A few common household faults and what usually causes them. It's a starting point, not a substitute for a Gas Safe engineer, when in doubt, call.

Often a boiler pressure drop, a failed diverter valve or a thermostat/controls issue. Check the boiler pressure gauge and that your controls are calling for hot water, if it's still cold, it's a job for us.

Cold at the top usually means trapped air, bleeding can help. Cold at the bottom often points to sludge and a system that would benefit from a power flush. If some rooms never warm up, the balancing may be off.

Turn off the water at the stopcock and, for a bad leak, switch off the electrics near it. Catch what you can and call us straight away, the sooner we're there, the less damage there is to put right.

Most combi boilers want around 1–1.5 bar cold. If it's dropped, the system may need topping up via the filling loop, but pressure that keeps falling usually means a leak or a failing expansion vessel worth checking.

Check for a fault or lockout code, that the pressure is right and that gas and power are on. A reset can sometimes clear it, but a boiler that won't fire or keeps locking out needs a Gas Safe engineer to look properly.

Rooms that never quite warm up, a system slow to respond or heating that comes and goes can point to controls, balancing, a tired pump or an ageing boiler. We'll diagnose it and tell you honestly what's worth doing.
